Important to know:
The trip always starts at the homeport of Seelze/Lohnde. When you charter the whole ship, a pick-up service from the landing stage Hanover/Vahrenwald (at the Inland Revenue Office) is also possible. We charge a journey lump sum for other landing stages.

The ship is available for guests, depending on the event, half an hour before the trip starts.

The charges are incl. of MwSt. The charter prices include the crew (3 persons). Additional service personal can be provided depending on event against surcharge.

We don't assume liability for ship's failure and delays.
We don't grand fare refunds for no-shows and trips cut short.
